While our jellies are made with wine, the alcohol must be significantly reduced prior to making the jelly. We use a proprietary method that to reduce the alcohol to less than 1%. Cooking only removes about 7% of the alcohol, even combined with fruit juice it is about 8-9% alcohol and above the non-alcohol requirement to be legally identified as such. Our wines are retested for alcohol content on a regular basis as preferred by Department of Alcohol and Tobacco in Virginia.

We offer our wine jellies in 4 oz and 8 oz jars, perfect for gifting, entertaining, or personal use.

Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4–6 weeks for the best flavor.

Unopened jars last up to 3 years, as noted on the expiry date. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy fresh flavor up to 6 months.

Our jellies are gluten-free and vegan, with the exception of our beer jellies. We use white refined sugar in our recipes.
